Royal Resort Cap Malabata, covering a total area of 1.13 million square metres in Tangiers, has been designed as a one-of-a-kind mixed-use tourism, commercial and residential destination on the Mediterranean coast. Royal Resort Cap Malabata will be part of the first phase of the US$1.4 billion ‘Gateway to Morocco’ project, GFH’s first investment in the Kingdom of Morocco, with the support of the government.
