The Investment Banking department has been formed to provide GFH and its clients services in three main areas – Islamic Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets and Investment Advisory Services. The DCM team structures, sources and syndicates debt for development infrastructure projects, property funds, private equity transactions, corporate clients and GFH. The ECM team sources new institutional equity sources for GFH products in Europe, Asia, North America and MENA (non GCC). The IAS team provides a range of investment banking advisory and related services to GFH’s private and institutional clients.
Investment Banking operations include Equity Capital Markets, Islamic Debt Capital Markets, and Investment Advisory Services.
