Manama, Bahrain/ 9 October 2007: Get ready to make a splash and unleash your inner child and keep the kids happy too! Excitement, fun and anticipation awaits the entire family as the Lost Paradise of Dilmun (Lost Paradise) prepares to celebrate its first Eid with a line up of festive fun for all.

From a stunning Salsa performance by a live band at the Wave Pool and DJ entertainment to quizzes and games, there’s sure to be fun for everyone. Lost Paradise is also linking up with Gulf Air to bring Eid visitors a fantastic Lucky Draw competition. Simply enter the draw and you could be celebrating with 4 open destination Gulf Air tickets to any Middle East country. Other prizes during the draw include 4 free passes to Lost Paradise valid until the end of season 2007.
As part of this special Eid promotion, the park’s mascots, Delmo and Delma will also be greeting the first 50 kids through the doors with a special gift throughout Eid. Eid opening times are 10am to 10pm, starting from the first day of Eid to Saturday 20th October 2007.

Since the region’s premier Water Park opened its doors in September, tens of thousands of visitors have come from across the GCC, with more than 10,000 guests visiting during just opening week. Eid is set to see record attendance at the Park so make sure you get there early!

Home to Bahrain’s wettest fastest rides, Lost Paradise of Dilmun has thrills for all the family. Divided into six zones, the park features 14 slides, pools and fountains, as well as themed food and drink outlets serving freshly made Arab and Western fast food specialties and ice creams.

Visitors are greeted by Delmo & Delma and an array of slides, including the Falcons’ Dive, the giant Superbowl, Boomerango and the Family Raft Ride. ‘The Souq’, another unique feature of the park, is a 1,000 square meter retail area selling branded merchandise and souvenirs, resort wear and swimwear.
