recruitment process
Your first interview with us will be a GFH competency interview which is designed to help us get to know you, and for you to ask questions about us. The interview is held in our offices. It will focus primarily on your past experiences and accomplishments as well as your general suitability for the job and interest in Gulf Finance House.
After this round, we can determine the best match for you among our department, based on your skills, experiences and preferences.
You may then be invited back for second round interviews. Second and any subsequent interviews will focus on your suitability for a particular department, and may be more technical in nature. Throughout the process, our interviewers will continue to assess your comfort with the firm’s culture as well as your interest in Gulf Finance House.
